Initiate Your Request
Log into your Indigo-Deals account and navigate to your order history to select the electronics you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item, including all cables, manuals, and original inserts, into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
